Post verification, you can start shopping on PepKart.

All you need to do is to just register with us and go ahead with easy and smooth search here. When you download the most recent version of our app, you will never need to take voucher printouts! Simply purchase, show your voucher at the merchant outlets and 'Tap to Redeem' when you have used the service.


Upon the successful completion of your order, an order confirmation e-mail/ SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID/ phone number.

You can call directly at the merchant’s shop after placing products in the basket or kart.

Currently, there is no provision to change the order once its been placed. Please call our customer support team & we will assist you however we can.

Using PepKart, Peptle Pvt Ltd. to local stores offering an O2O (online-to-offline) marketplace, Where a customer searches for the daily need items or grocery products online but buys it through an offline medium. It connects with local shops and delivers goods to the consumer by procuring them from the nearest store located in the customer’s locality. Users can order products online using PepKart apps and or PepKart WhatsApp Number.

Selling on PepKart is a program that lets individuals and businesses sell their products and inventory on in PepKart.

Here are just a couple of reasons: the opportunity to put your product in front of hundreds of millions of potential customers, plus the ability to start selling fast before you even set up a business website or physical store.

PepKart is one of the promises e commerce platforms. Therefore, it is quite specific in terms of maintaining its quality of product and business. For this, a strict screening process is carried out before any business becomes a part of the platform.

To start selling your products on Pepkart and become a seller, there are few preparations you need to do.

Step 1: Register your business as a legal business entity

PepKart allows only business entities. Therefore, before you sell on PepKart, you need to form a legal business entity.

  1. Sole Proprietorship Firm
  2. Partnership Firm
  3. Limited Liability Partnership
  4. Private Limited Company

Each of them has individual features, and has its compliances and therefore you need to know which one is suitable for you. Choosing the wrong structure can go horrible for your business.

Step 2: Get Documentation Ready

After you have got your business legal, there are few documents you need to have before you start your business through PepKart.

  • An active current bank account in the name of the entity.
  • Registration copy of the business.
  • Firm’s TIN/TAN number.
  • GST registration certificate.
  • A PAN card of the entity.
  • An authorization letter from the brand owner or authorized dealer (if planning to sell branded products).

Step 3: Register Yourself on PepKart

After you have your business legal and got all the documents ready, it is time to register yourself on PepKart.

  • Open Registration Page on PepKart
  • Fill up the form
  • Classify your business.
    Mention the type of your business here (Eg:- Private limited company)
  • Submit Documents
    After completion of the 4th step, now you will need to provide scan copies of some documents mentioned in under topic “Get Documents Ready” (See Step 2).

Welcome to PepKart as a Seller – The PepKart Onboarding Process

PepKart verifies all the documents submitted. After that, you will be registered as a seller.

Currently, you can sell only products and not services on PepKart.

You are required to have the following documents:

  • An active current bank account in the name of the entity.
  • Registration copy of the business.
  • Firm’s TIN/TAN number.
  • GST registration certificate.
  • A PAN card of the entity (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business PAN for business type as “Company”)
  • An authorization letter from the brand owner or authorized dealer (if planning to sell branded products).
  • Supporting KYC documents (Aadhar Card, Address Proof, and Cancelled Cheque)

A Pepkart privacy policy is a statement or legal document that discloses the ways your shop gathers, uses, discloses, and manages your customers' personal data. Personal data can be anything that can be used to identify an individual, for example, their name, address, contact information, or credit card information. As a PepKart shop, you collect and store personal data for fulfilling orders, legal obligations, analytics, and more. This needs to be disclosed in your privacy policy.

When running a PepKart store it's important to respect customer's privacy rights and follow data protection laws. Having a privacy policy may be required by law, depending on where you are located. It's important to let your customers know how their data is stored and what you plan to use it for. If you sell to customers in the European Union, you are required by the GPDR to have a privacy policy for your shop. PepKart recommends that all sellers create a privacy policy.

Yes. Listing of shop and products on PepKart.com is paid. PepKart charge a nominal yearly amount for listing your shop and products online. However, in some cases you need to pay a small commission for what you sell.

The payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions. PepKart will settle your payments within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.

After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.

You are required to have a minimum of 1 listings (unique products) to start selling on PepKart.

Yes, you can get all the help you need. PepKart now has a dedicated seller’s page and 24x7 support for sellers. You can raise a ticket through the Seller Support Ticket Dashboard.

Yes, customers can share feedback. Good ratings from customers bring you more business as you will have higher ratings displayed on PepKart. At the same time, negative feedback gives you an opportunity for you to improve your performance.

To permanently close your PepKart seller account, request account closure in Merchant Central. Keep in mind that you can use our Listings Status feature to suspend your product listings, or you can remove them entirely but hold on to your account for future use. Before you close your account permanently, remember to cancel and remove your listings and resolve all transactions.

Pricing and Payments

PepKart has two selling plans. The Professional selling plan costs $38 to $50 per year plus a per-item referral fee that varies by category. The Individual selling plan costs 5% to 18% per unit sold plus a per-item referral fee that varies by category. If you plan to sell fewer than 40 items a month, the Individual plan may be best for you. In addition the cost of your selling plan and referral fees, other costs may apply, depending on how you ship orders, whether you decide to advertise, etc.

Third-party sellers can sell in PepKart's stores by signing up for the Professional plan or the Individual plan. With the Individual plan, sellers pay a fee for each unit they sell. With the Professional plan, sellers pay one flat fee per month/year, no matter how many units they sell.

As a seller, you will set the price of your products.

The following deductions are made from the order item value:

  1. Registration & Subscription fee: Yearly subscription fee for the shop
  2. Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value vary based on vertical/sub-category
  3. Shipping fee (calculated on the basis of the product weight, shipping location)
  4. Collection fee: This will vary based on order item value and customer payment mode (Prepaid/Cash on Delivery)
  5. Fixed fee: A slab wise Fixed fee. This vary based on Order item value
  6. GST (applicable on all of the above components)

Commission fee is a certain percentage of the order item value of your product. It differs across categories and vertical/sub-categories.

All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking). The payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 7-15 business days from the date of order dispatch. It's 7 business days for Gold Sellers, 10 business days for Silver Sellers and 15 business days for Bronze sellers.

The monthly/yearly subscription fee applies to Professional selling accounts only and begins as soon as you finish the registration process. Your first monthly/yearly subscription fee will be charged at that time unless you’re signing up with a promotional offer.

Shop and Product Listings

A shop is a feature on PepKart that presents a list of products based on categories or search query. This feature is an essential element of the eCommerce experience as it funnels users/customers to product detail pages and closer to conversion. Further. listing a product refers to filling out all the necessary information and adding images of the product so that a customer can make an informed buying decision.

You are required to have a minimum of 1 listings to start selling on PepKart.com.

It is important to choose the most suitable category to list your product as it will help customers find your products faster. Based on the category you choose, you'll be asked to include product details such as size, model, color, etc.

PepKart notifies you by email or text message when you receive an order. You can choose either notification method in your account settings.

Yes. You need to absolutely provide us with your GSTIN to be able to sell offers on PepKart. In case you are not eligible for a GSTIN, you’d need to furnish a proof to corroborate the same. A GST form (valid GSTIN number or exemption note) needs to filled at the time of offer creation which is verified by our systems for invoicing purposes.
